Bill joined Rochester Historical Bowling Society (RHBS) in 2024, but has been bowling in the International Gay Bowling Organization (IGBO) leagues in CT, DC and VA for over 30 years. Bill directed the 20th and 25th Capital Halloween Invitational Tournament (CHIT) in Washington, DC and is a founding member of the Mermaid Classic Tournament in Norfolk, VA. In addition, Bill served on the IGBO Board of Directors as Northeast Regional Director and again as Secretary for several terms.
