Best 3 of 6: All bowlers signed up for this side event will take their best 3 handicap games from Saturday and then are ranked. Score reporting is not required. 100% payout, 1:8 payout ratio based on number of entrants.
Best 3 of 9: All bowlers signed up for this side event will take their best 3 handicap games from All Events (scratch masters excluded) and then are ranked. Score reporting is not required. 100% payout, 1:8 payout ratio based on number of entrants.
Chase the “Golden Snitch”: Side game that is completed for each event. All entered bowlers are placed into a list. Prior to completion of the first game a bowler is selected as the “Golden Snitch” (GS), which is kept secret until we announce the first game results. All bowlers not selected need to bowl a higher handicap score than the GS. Any bowlers failing to do so are eliminated. If the GS does not beat 10% of bowlers, the GS is eliminated. Repeat the process for game 2. For game 3, all remaining bowlers are ranked by handicap scores for that game. 100% payout. Payout is the top 3 or all remaining bowlers, whichever is smaller.
Dark Horse Doubles: Bowlers can enter up to 10 times. For each entry, the bowler is paired with another random bowler. Handicap scores for the entire tournament (Scratch Masters excluded) are combined for that bowler and their randomly selected partner. 100% payout, 1:8 payout ratio based on number of entrants.
