Paul began bowling in Rochester Historical Bowling Society (RHBS) in 1987. He has been involved with Greater Rochester Eastern Area Tournament (GREAT) since its inception, serving as Co-Director for many years. Paul has also served as the Northeast Regional Director on the Board of Directors for International Gay Bowling Organization (IGBO). Paul serves on the Bid Standards and Support Committee, as well as By-Laws and Fellowship.
